Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Octo Email Service ("the Service"), operated by Octo Property ("we", "us"). By connecting a mailbox to the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service connects a user's own email mailbox to the Octo Property outreach platform so the platform can send outreach emails and detect replies on the user's behalf, as described on our home page and Privacy Policy.

2. Your responsibilities

• You may only connect mailboxes you own or are authorised to use.
• You are responsible for your use of outreach messaging, including compliance with applicable anti-spam and email laws and your email provider's terms.
• You must not use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law.

3. Access and data

Access to your mailbox is granted through your provider's OAuth consent and can be revoked at any time. Our handling of accessed data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, delivery of any specific message, or the behaviour of third-party email providers.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your mailbox at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
