Email integration for the Property Market Intel outreach platform
Property Market Intel is an outreach platform operated by Octo Property. With a user's explicit consent, this email integration connects the user's own email mailbox (Google Workspace/Gmail, Microsoft 365/Outlook, or a standard IMAP/SMTP mailbox) so the platform can send outreach emails and detect replies on that user's behalf.
Mailboxes are connected from within Property Market Intel: the user is sent to the provider's standard OAuth consent screen (for Gmail and Outlook) or enters their own mailbox credentials (for IMAP/SMTP). Access is granted only with the user's explicit consent and can be revoked by the user at any time. We request the narrowest permissions required, and we never sell user data or use it for advertising.
Access tokens and message data are stored securely and encrypted at rest, used solely to operate the outreach feature, and deleted when the mailbox is disconnected.
